EXPERT: Nate Montey

Join us as we learn from Nate how and why exercise benefits individuals with ADHD, as well as how socioeconomic intersections with ADHD may create obstacles to beginning exercise.

Nate Montey (he/they) is a CSEP certified personal trainer and NASM corrective exercise specialist who works with primarily ADHD and Autistic Adults in Edmonton. As a human with ADHD and Autism that is part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, he found his way to personal training due to a need for a fitness support system of their own.
