Rethinking Brain-Computer Interface Communication for Children with Complex Needs

Brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) offer a new way for children and youth with complex needs to interact with their world by just using their brains. This talk focuses on the fundamentals of brain-computer interfaces for children, how they differ from findings coming out in the adult BCI world, and how we can leverage the unique properties of BCI communication for children with complex needs.
